Life ahead of us

Fipadoc 2022

In the 1960s and 1970s, Félix Mora crisscrossed southern Morocco in search of muscle to close France's mines at low cost. Mora is said to have recruited more than 80,000 miners for the North and Lorraine.
Yesterday's miners gave birth to more than 600,000 French people. This is a little-known story of France and its children. It is also a story of immigration.
LIFE AHEAD is a film set in the present. An antidote to the poisons of identity of the time. An invitation to nuance through a story that blends the world of work, memory, dignity, and fulfilled dreams.
A film like a mythological song.
